At Monticello Animal Hospital, we truly do care about the welfare of animals. Besides caring for our client-owned animals, we put a significant amount of our time and resources into helping out stray and homeless animals. We are heavily involved in assisting with discounted medical and surgical treatment for the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA, Pet Rescue Foundation, C.A.R.E. Animal Rescue, and the Fluvanna SPCA.

In addition to helping these animal rescue organizations, we also have a good Samaritan fund and have our own in-hospital adoption program.
