Wanda Brubaker, LVT

Wanda has been with Monticello Animal Hospital since May of 2001.  She feels the biggest reward as a licensed veterinary technician (LVT) is providing quality patient nursing care to hospitalized patients.  Her other veterinary interests include dentistry and wellness care.  She lives in Waynesboro and spends her free time traveling, relaxing at home, and spending quality time with family and friends, and spoiling her Golden Retriever, Harley.

 

 

 





Liz Wallenborn, LVT

Liz has been with the M.A.H. family since 2004.  Formerly an equine technician, she has enjoyed the transition to small animals.  Her veterinary interests include orthopedic surgery and clinical pathology.  She and her husband Mackie live in Free Union along with Bill the beagle, Rae the Austrailian cattle dog, Rosie the horse, and the cat herd: Kemper, LaRoy, Lemonte, Kitten, Misha, Nutters, and GreyBoy.  She enjoys spending her free time gardening, running, reading, cooking, listening to live music and photography

 
 








Shannon M. Smith, LVT

Shannon joined the M.A.H. staff in December 2006 and has been a great addition!  She is originally from Mississippi and had worked with a veterinary orthopedic surgeon and in emergency medicine before coming to our hospital.  Her veterinary interests remain surgery and emergency/critical care medicine, as well as neonatal care and dentistry.  She and her husband Matt have a daughter, Mackenzie.  Finishing out their family is Molly the miniature Dachshund, and Hudson the Greater Swiss Mountain dog.  Shannon also enjoys horseback riding, hunting, fishing, hiking, movies, gardening, and spending time with her family.



 








Jessica Tomlinson, LVT

Jessica recently joined our staff in the Fall of 2008.  She is originally from Pennsylvania and is here with her boyfriend, cats Layla and Linus, as well as two degus named Alice and Fiona.    Jessica enjoys anesthesia and ophthalmic surgery.  Outside of work, she is busy spending time with her family and friends, reading, watching movies, and going out on another road trip.
