From Interstate 64:

Take exit 120 (5th Street) off I-64.
Go north on 5th Street
Make a U-Turn at the Shell Gasoline Station
Take your next right into the entrance to the Sleep Inn
Monticello Animal Hospital is on the left, located behind the Pet Motel and next to the Sleep Inn.

From 5th Street/Charlottesville:

Get onto 5th Street south towards I-64, (5th street is the southern continuation of Ridge/McIntire)
After passing the Food Lion shopping center on your right, you will see a Shell gasoline station and the Sleep Inn hotel on the right.  Turn into the entrance of the Sleep Inn hotel. 
Monticello Animal Hospital is on the left, located behind the Pet Motel and next to the Sleep Inn.
