Wanda Brubaker, LVT
Wanda graduated from Blue Ridge Community College and began her career as a Licensed Veterinary Technician at Monticello Animal Hospital in May of 2001. Her veterinary interest include anesthesia and behavior. She has completed her certification and is a Fear Free Certified Professional (learn more at https://fearfreepets.com/ ) She lives in Waynesboro and spends her free time traveling, relaxing at home, and spending quality time with family and friends, and spoiling her 2 dogs: Mixed Breed, Jaxon and Goldendoodle, Chevie, and 2 cats: Biscuit and Beanie.

Brittany Young-Kiesel, LVT
Brittany is originally from Newark, DE and is in Charlottesville with her four cats, Dot, Alfredo, Jackson, and Maple Garbage Truck (named by her children!). She has a bachelor degree in animal science from the University of Delaware. Her veterinary interests include behavioral medicine and surgery. She has completed her certification and is a Fear Free Certified Professional (learn more at https://fearfreepets.com/ ) During her free time, Brittany enjoys reading, spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, and spoiling her pets.

Emily Thomas, LVT
Emily has been with our practice since June 2019. She is a Charlottesville native and UVA alumni. She has a passion for animal behavior, including training and managing behavioral problems. She graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program at Blue Ridge Community College in May 2023. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and her son, going hiking and paddleboarding. Emily has 2 cats; Peanut and Autumn.

Chloe Fritz, LVT
Chloe graduated from Blue Ridge Community College in May of 2024 and joined Monticello Animal Hospital as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Her veterinary interest include laboratory work, dentistry, and caring for small and large animals. She spends her free time running, relaxing at home, and spending quality time with family and friends. She has 2 dogs and 2 cats: Maemae, Missy, Quade, and Bobby.
